A couple short movie clips

Let's just see if we have this movie thing figured out.

Also, we added a link on the right side of the page there that says Kieran: The First 2 Months, click on that for even more pictures.

2 Months

Kieran had his two month checkup today.  Our little man is not very little.  He weighs 13 lbs 9 oz and is 24 inches long now!  That puts him around the 90th percentile for both height and weight.  NBA here he comes!  He also received his first round of vaccinations today, which he was none too happy about.  But at least he and mom can now spend some time out in public instead of hiding out in this house.  That makes us both happy!

Kieran's hair is starting to get curly.  It is really apparent right after a bath.  Mom really wants him to have his father's curly locks.  We'll see.

Dad sure enjoys playing with his son.

Mom still loves to just snuggle with her little boy.

All is good.

Cousin vs. Cousin

OK, McKenzie.  You play the home team and I'll be the away team.  Either way, Cubs win!

Long Weekend, Long Post

This weekend we had a great time with our family and friends!

Friday
Krista and her high school friends, Beth (from Dallas), Jennifer (from NY), and Jennifer (from Austin), got together with their kids.  There were seven kids under the age of three in Jennifer's house.  Boy, we had a great time. Here is most of the crew sitting down to eat dinner together.

Sophie, Andrew, and Ava sat down for a spot of tea and good conversation.

Our godson, John, is very mobile these days.

Batman showed up to join the party!

And of course Kieran showed up looking as snazzy as ever to meet his new friends.

Saturday
Game day.  Kieran was all ready to root on his new favorite team.  Look!  He almost got his horns up!  We'll work on that a little more.  But it was all for not.  He didn't even get to watch the game.  Stupid pay-per-view!

Sunday and Monday
Krista's father, step-mother, and two sisters from Colorado showed to meet the newest member of the family.

Aunt Rebecca holding Kieran.

Aunt Ira holding Kieran.

And proud Grandpa holding Kieran.

Here Grandpa and Kieran are dreaming about their first fishing trip together.

The boys, I mean men, got together to do a fantasy football draft this weekend too, so even Pete from Virginia got to stop by and meet the little guy.  Pete is expecting a new one of his own in October.  More friends for Kieran!

Thank you to Trish for hosting my family this weekend!  We had a wonderful time hanging out with you and swimming in the pool.
