Picture time

We actually had a little time outside where it didn't seem so hot so we paraded Kieran around the front yard. And the grass actually looks good after the hurricane sent some showers our way.

Two weeks old!

Time is flying by. And most of that time is spent napping as seen here:
And here:

Ok, this shirt is a little big, but it was cute so we tried it on. We'll come back to it in a couple months.

Grandma and Grandpa Pittman, who are doing everything for us right now so we can concentrate on Kieran and getting some sleep:

New camera means more pictures

My new camera came in yesterday so expect lots more pictures in the near future.

Kieran has been doing great the past few days. Eating a ton and sleeping longer at night. He is more awake now during the day, but it's still not really all that much.

More Pictures

Things are going well with the little guy. He seems to have properly aligned his days and nights now. He's feeding ok, but could probably do a little better. Overall things are great, thanks in no small part to Krista's mom Debbie. She has been running the house while we concentrate on Kieran.

Our dog Kasey has taken on a bigger role in the parenting now. She wakes us up when it's time for Kieran to feed.

Back at home

It seemed like we were at the hospital forever but we are happily back at home now. We stayed a day extra because Kieran was a bit jaundice and they wanted to put this bililight on him (crazy photo below). It seemed to work, plus he started eating better which helps a lot.

Scene from the new Matrix movie:

We got back around 1 pm yesterday afternoon. Kieran's first outside experience with the 100 degree Texas heat. Didn't phase him a bit. He slept the entire way home (a whole 2 miles.)

The dogs are completely intrigued with the little guy. Kasey especially. She gets really stressed out whenever he starts crying. Mostly she's just curious, wanting to get a good look at him whenever she can.

Here are some pictures of us getting ready to head home.
